Havelock’s annual Chili Festival is a one-day event that includes a chili cook-offs. Chili “chefs” compete to prove who has the best judged Traditional Red and People’s Choice chili. Compete to earn your bragging rights, or just come to enjoy the food, music, vendors, beer garden, car show and more! However you choose to celebrate, it’s a fun family event you won’t want to miss!
