Craft Day at Poor Charlies Flea Market & Antiques

Join us at Poor Charlie’s Flea Market & Antiques to celebrate Craft Day on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 9am to Noon. Poor Charlie’s is located across the street from the New Bern Farmer’s Market.
Under tent canopies in the front yard of Poor Charlie’s, artisans and crafters will demonstrate making their many various arts and crafts, many of which will be for sale.
Inside the building, age-old sewing techniques will be shown and explained, antique to modern sewing machines will be on display and/or for sale. Fabric and piece goods, sewing notions and accessories, sewing baskets, New Bern and North Carolina tourist & gift items, woodworking art such as cutting boards and handmade benches will be featured and available for purchase.
Poor Charlies’ usual nostalgic antique and vintage items, collectibles, art, furniture, and accessories will also be for sale.
Holly Prafke will lead the Craft show, assisted by Renee Ridenour, joined intermittently by other crafters, members of the Havelock Quilt Guild, and Thursday Stitch & Chat.
Everyone is invited to join in the fun and do their early Christmas shopping!
