Havelock Trick or Treating

The City of Havelock recommends that Halloween Trick or Treat hours be from 6pm-8pm on Monday, October 31st. Please keep in mind that these times are just a recommendation. The City of Havelock hopes that everyone will have a safe and fun Halloween!
