The Havelock Tourist & Event Center is an ideal space for various events. It is conveniently located midway between New Bern and Morehead City and approximately 2 miles from MCAS Cherry Point. Two major hotels and restaurants are within walking distance of the facility. The facility houses an aviation exhibit indoors. Outside, there are four static displays featuring the HH-46D, RF-4B “Phantom” II, A-6 E “Intruder”, and A-4 “Sky Hawk” aircraft. In addition, a Veterans Memorial and an A-6 Monument are located on the grounds.
