Seth West Parrot Park is a twenty-five acre recreational facility and home to Kidsville, a fort like playground area for your children. Seth West Parrott Park encompasses the West New Bern Recreation Center, four tennis courts, two lighted baseball fields, two lighted little league fields, three field houses with restrooms, one outdoor lighted basketball court, ample parking and a picnic shelter.
